On Monday February 7th Tish will spend time speaking with Benita Muñoz. Benita is the Director of Operations for ESEI, a technology firm located in El Paso Texas. Ms. Munoz has over 15 years of experience as human resources professional. Her achievements in HR include having obtained an SPHR Certification and serving as Past President of the El Paso SHRM Chapter. Ms. Munoz is part of the leadership team at ESEI, where as a member of the management team she contributes to many strategic projects. Her specific focus is in areas involving employee development, customer service and employee engagement.
