For the first part of the story, see the previous episode "Hospital Stay"
I am finding that the hospital is not exactly servicing the patient's needs. Yes, there are good people trying to provide good services. However, one possibility is that our hospitals are understaffed and overworked, who suffers? only the sick people. Another possibilities may be that their policies and procedures are not designed to always benefit the patient.
Monitors are beeping all over the place, no staff is there to handle it. Patients are laying in soiled beds, no one is there to clean it, for hours. Even when family members request help, the minimum wait is an hour, to clean a patient up. Patients that can not eat by themselves, but nobody is there to feed them. If family members or volunteers don’t come around, those patients will simply; Not Eat!
My personal experience is not so unique, although I thought it was.
