Brad Quintana was born and raised in Sandy, Utah starting out in the Fitness Industry where he quickly excelled to upper management making a Six Figure Income at 19 years old and overseeing a 64,000 square foot facility with about 2200 members per day.

Brad 19, began his Investing career by providing Private Money on Multi-Million Dollar Commercial deals, and working with high net worth individuals. He continued diversifying and learning from the top Real Estate Investors in the country making his decision to resign from the Fitness Industry to go full time as a Real Estate Investor at 22 years old.

After teaming up with Chad 10 years ago they now own 7 companies, and combined have been able to complete over 2,100 residential deals in 41 states across the United States. Seen as the mastermind of the group, he takes on all tasks large or small, with the relentless no-quit never-fail attitude.

Brad currently resides in Draper, Utah with his wife of 10 years (Amy) and his three children (Rylan 7, Shaylee 4, and Kyler 1).
