My guest is Dr. keith Jeffers who is an exercise physiologist a chiropractor, and a track coach  in San Diego. He also is an elite marathoner ran the Boston marathon in 2:38, has won two national master chanpionship as part of the San Diego track club and he lectures globally on sports injuries.

We will dicuss the common injuries runners incounter and how to heal and prevent them.
