Welcome Meg Barton!

Meg Barton serves as Chief Executive Officer of Charter Restoration.  She brings over 25 years of marketing and management experience to the organization.  Her passion for marketing and design came out of a career in Trade Show Exhibit Marketing, having been involved in the founding of Access TCA, Inc., one of the industry’s largest firms and Marketing by Design, an Atlanta design firm. 

Meg has made a second career in the non-profit arena volunteering at Assistance League^®, a national non-profit dedicated to helping 1.4M men, women and children rebuild their lives each year.  She served four years on the Board of Directors at the Atlanta chapter and worked in Public Relations, Grant Writing and Strategic Planning.  She has spent five years on the National Assistance League Leadership Team working for two years in Public Relations and presently working with their Corporate Marketing team, where she helps 120 Assistance League chapters across the country with their marketing and public relations efforts.  

Meg is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford Ohio.  She lives with her husband Bart in Atlanta and spends off hours on St Simons Island in GA.  Her three grown children work in the family business.  She has a beautiful blended family and an adorable two year old grandson.
