Rick is the President of Royal Palm Capital Management, a firm specializing in private equity investments, business development initiatives and M&A advisory projects. Richard founded the firm in 2002 and, through its affiliates, has lead investment in publicly and privately held companies. The Firm originates, structures and acts as a lead equity investor in controlling equity investments, consolidations, buildups and growth capital financings. The Firm also works on business development initiatives and M&A advisory projects for third party clients and portfolio companies. The Firm’s principals have been investing and advising businesses for over 20 years, serving as senior executives and on the Board of Directors.
