The Session podcast is basically three shows mixed together.

1st Segment – “Enter the Session” which features the latest in movies, tv, music, etc…

2nd Segment – “Not Necessarily Sports” focuses on NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, College sports, and anything else on our minds.

3rd Segment – “Total Beat Down” features the latest in mixed martial arts.

No topic is off limits. We are live every Tuesday from 9-11pm.
