Energetic, prolific, and profound describe Rick's seemingly naive observations. He retorts on social, political, economic and personal matters like a grasshopper would question the meaning of reality beyond the cornfield. But don't expect to see it coming. His delivery is simple-minded to one goal only, to get you to laugh. "My words are my ammo. My attitude is my weapon," says Rick.

A former writer for The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Rick is very creative, using unique and unconventional ideas in his act. Using his Spanish and Texas accents like a worm to a fish, he catches the audience off guard. His misuse of the English language and questioning nature make an audience laugh hysterically - he leaves 'em mentally and physically exhausted.

Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Rick moved to California right after high school. He attended Nosotros, an organization created by Ricardo Montalban to improve the Latin roles in the movie industry. There he studied acting under Bruce Glover. After moving to Northern California, he was bitten by the comedy bug and hasn't been able to shake it. Self taught, and countless times onstage, Rick sharpened his comedic skills. He works clean, because it's a challenge, and so his mother can attend his shows.
