TNA recently held negotiations with both members of Team 3D. Devon and Bully Ray were reported as being upset that TNA had waited until the last minute to try and work out a new deal. Devon has stated that he is now done with TNA. While Bully Ray seems to be sticking around to fulfill current storylines. Is this another case of TNA "over promising and under delivering"?
