Dave Tina, a native New Yorker and former firefighter, traded hoses for houses and entered the real estate scene in 1977. He worked on Long Island for 20 years before relocating to Las Vegas. After meeting Kuba Jewgieniew, president and CEO of Realty One Group, he was impressed with the company's model and signed on to lead one of now four area branches. Tina is also a founding member of UNICO Las Vegas, an Italian-American heritage and community service organization.
