Statistics and Reductions in Force: Guest Jon Hyman

In this installment, we will be discussing the use of statistics in reductions in force with guest Jonathan Hyman. Mr. Hyman is a Partner in the Labor and Employment Group of Kohrman Jackson & Krantz. He primarily concentrates his practice in the representation of companies in employment disputes, including litigation with terminated employees and disputes over trade secrets and non-competition agreements.
