The Search for a Jewish Heritage

Are Igbo people of Nigeria confused about their African history? Are Igbo people Jews? Does Igbo history support a link with a western culture? Are the Igbo elders failing the Igbo youth by encouraging them to seek their cultural significance amongst people whose historical background post dates theirs? Should Igbo speaking people see each other as one and stop looking to this fervent movement that is bringing division to Ala-Igbo?  Is the plan to establish an Israeli nation and push for a new Abrahamic religion on Igbo soil, or the beginning of an exodus to Israel? What’s the logic?

Some say that this is a spiritual 419 scam run by Igbo people to attract Israel and the Jewish people to Igbo land for monetary windfall.  What do you think?
