The Power Is Now Media is conducting a series of interviews about the importance of Homeownership and Financial Literacy, during the month of June.Today Eric Frazier speaks with Roderick Logan, Branch Vice President, Coldwell Banker Realty, and Patricia Davis, Realtor, Coldwell Banker Realty.

Roderick Logan has been a Branch Vice President with Coldwell Banker Realty since 2017. He leads a team of over 80 high producing Agents in one of the most highly competitive markets in New Jersey and has been recognized among the Top Performing Managers receiving Coldwell Banker’s President’s Council Award. Roderick started his real estate career as a Salesperson in 2011. After several very successful years of selling real estate where he was ranked Internationally among the Top 11% of Real Estate Agents with Coldwell Banker, he took on the position of Branch Vice President. 

Pat Davis is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty in the Montclair, NJ office. Pat works primarily in the residential market providing clients with timely real estate and market information and analysis and delivers superior service to achieve client goals whether they are buying, selling, or leasing. Pat holds industry certifications as an Accredited Buyer Representative, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, At Home with Diversity, and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource. Is a Realtist - member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) and serves as a leader with Coldwell Banker Realty’s NJ Diversity & Inclusion Network.
