Tiffany Prescott is an activist, health educator, and dog mom known for her love affair with reading and word tattoos. She's also responsible for the largest Menstrual Hygiene Day event open to the public: PDX Red Party! 

Tiffany is dedicated to improving her community and creating social change, and is particularly passionate about menstrual hygiene because it intersects with so many other important issues including public health and hygiene, education, gender, environment, and social equity. She graduated from Portland State University in 2015 with a degree in Community Health Education and will be pursuing her Masters in Communications at her alma mater beginning this fall.
