Take responsibiity for your words, your manner your every thought. Only you have control over any of that. Nothing anything anyone says can strip you of your dignity if you don't want them to. Your resolve should become stronger not weaker when faced with a trial or tribulation. It is perfectly well to be frustrated, to cry out, to preport to "not know what to do". But the underlying power is in the knowledge that you hold the key to it all. You are that awesome. G-D made you that way. In every way you are responsible for what you do with that awesomeness.
