I want to share with you how I get myself out of the funk of sadness. I am a mother and I get sad but there are tools to break free from it. Depression is something else very real. There is a guided meditation (starts at 13 minutes) to visualize turning your burdens, anxieties, worries, sadness, etc over to Jesus.
