April’s Split Pea Soup
7 c water, 1 16 oz. pack of dried peas, rinsed, ½ c ea. celery and carrots. ½-1 lb of diced ham or diced turkey ham or a smoked pork or ham bone.  S & P to taste.  Cook all in Crock pot 7 hours.
