Your hosts Ron Bachman and Doug Field are back in the studio with guests from Optum and Digital Insurance for this week's edition of HealthCare Consumerism Radio.

The first guest on this week's show will be Seth Serxner, Ph.D., M.P.H., chief health officer and senior vice president of population health for Optum. This interview will explore the results of Optum’s 7th annual Wellness in the Workplace study, and the implications for employers and benefits consultants. Topics include wellness budgets, incentive strategies, the influence of the on-site environment, promoting total well-being and challenges in building a culture of health among companies of all sizes. We will assess why so many employers say that achieving a culture of health is important but relatively few have achieved it, and we will identify strategies for bridging this gap.

The second guest on the program will be Mike Sullivan, chief growth officer of Digital Insurance.
