On this week's program, hosts Doug Field and Andrew Dietz welcome guests from two innovative startups – Claritas Mindsciences and Surgeo – onto the program to discuss their digital health solutions.

The first guest on this week's program will be Phil Micali, chief commercial officer for Claritas Mindsciences. With over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness sectors, Phil now brings his expertise to bear on a new solution that merges mindfulness, digital technology and behavioral psychology to enable people to control their cravings and addictions. In this segment, Phil and the hosts will discuss the products offered by Claritas Mindsciences and how neurofeedback technology can effectively be used for smoking cessation and other healthy changes in behavior.

The second guest will be Arnon Krongrad, MD, president and CEO of Allevion, a health care technology company.
