Sometimes, birthdays sneak up on you. Not this one.

On April 26, 2011, The Exchange launched its first show. In the three years since, it's provided more than traditional analysis and done its best to spin the "hot button topic" into significant... well, exchanges. Whether it's been fun banter about teams that torture their fans to serious discussions about gay athletes to nuanced conversations about the sports business, The Exchange has done its part to make everyone better and more aware fans, regardless of the games of interest to the people.

Consider this third birthday a celebration of all of us.

On the observed third born day of The Exchange, Sumit and Jason bring back an old friend, Michael Tillery of The Starting Five and host of The Starting Five Radio to talk about the ongoing NBA playoffs. They'll take a glance at each of the first round series, but also discuss the head coaching questions surrounding Indiana's Frank Vogel and Golden State's Mark Jackson as both seem to have a more discerning microscope on them in the postseason.

Come through and celebrate three years of The Exchange by coming through in the chat room, on Twitter (@skd_thExchange, @asportsscribe & @michaeltillery) and the phone line at 347-202-0247. Don't forget to favorite the show on Stitcher Radio!
