And now, it's all done. Goodbye June, and your lovely playoffs.

After a championship-induced hiatus, The Exchange is back to put proper bows on both the NBA and NHL seasons thanks to two scintillating Finals.

Sumit & Jason return to add some thoughts on the futures of both the back-to-back champion Miami Heat and San Antonio Spurs along with what the NBA offseason may bring us. They will also provide some of the same for the Chicago Blackhawks, Boston Bruins and the NHL as a whole after bouncing back from another maddening lockout.
