The Dolly McCarthy Show

It's time for the good show!  Today is our last show for the season!  Season 7 was a huge hit!  Good times!  Thanks everyone for supporting The Dolly McCarthy Show!  I have really enjoyed bringing you good news, good guests and at least one good laugh every week!  I have never taken a summer hiatus and if there was ever a time to do it, this would be the summer!  All the festivals that in the past I have covered are now being cancelled due to COVID-19, and with all the extra unknowns and uncertainty, as much as I want to keep bringing you good news every week, I need to take some time off to focus more on my personal life and family.  I promise to come back to you with a fresh new season and a new look next Fall.  Stay tuned!  Today, I am happy to have on my final show not-for-profit, Clearbrook!  I look forward to talking with its CEO Tony Di Vittorio about the high quality services and support Clearbrook brings to more than 8,000 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  Later in the show, I welcome Illinois State Rep Brad Stephens, from the 20th District to discuss COVID-19 and what he's doing here to honor local heroes and support local businesses.  Don't miss this final edition of the good show for Season 7!  I hope you will be back for Season 8 this Fall!  Thanks everybody for all the love and good words!  Be well and take care of each other!
