A Look Within : Depression as part of life

Depression is so prevalent in modern western society that it is important to bring this topic out into the open.  

I am joined by Pamela Ray a spiritual counsellor and psychotherapist, psychologist Jo Christmas and Lj Engracia Seckold for a very candid discussion on depression and how it has affected us personally.  

This show will help you to understand how depression is a normal part of the grief and loss process and how no one is exempt.  There are varying degress of depression as well.  This show is informative and I hope it helps to bring understanding of yourself or someone around you.
