LaShanda Henry began developing websites in July, 2000. Her first and most popular website is, Multiple Shades of You Online (www.msoyonline.com).  Frustrated at the lack of positive sites for Black Girls, Ms. Henry decided to create an ezine for young girls of color.  Since its creation, MSOY Online has evolved into a network of positive websites for people of color and it includes the wonderful Search Urban Directory, featuring some of the best black websites online.  Along with maintaining MSOY, LaShanda has founded several social networks for Black Women Online and is best known for her networks, Black Business Women (approximately 8,300 Members to date) and the Black Moms Club (approximately 3,000 members to date). For a complete listing of all her social networks visit the MSOY Network (www.msoynetwork.com) or Black Women Network (www.blackwomenetwork.com).

Combining her love for design with her interest in pro-black content, Ms. Henry has dedicated her life to promoting positive black websites and supports other web entrepreneurs of Color. She has developed an extensive listing of Urban Marketing Tools and self-published a collection of eBooks to help entrepreneurs build their businesses online (www.e-junkie.com/lhenry). She currently is working on a series of initiatives to help other women entrepreneurs build their businesses online. LaShanda recently cofounded the Women of Color Coaching program with multi-million dollar Mompreneur Richelle Shaw (www.womenofcolorcoach.org). The two have developed the Small Business to Smart Business Training Program for Women Entrepreneurs of Color.  Both women have dedicated their lives to building their own businesses and helping other women entrepreneurs do the same.
