She is a single mother of two, her daughter just started college at the University of Northern Colorado and her son is nine years old and in the fourth grade. Shelbi is going into her tenth year of being a Colorado Licensed Broker Associate and Entrepreneur. Over the past 5 years, Shelbi has become proficient in negotiating short sales for distressed homeowners, assisting them in an effort to save their homes from foreclosure, saving their credit and possibly avoiding bankruptcy. Her current success rate on average is between 93 % and 98% of full completion of a negotiated short sale of their home. Real Estate is Shelbi’s passion and she truly loves what she is doing. She believes in educating all of her clients and making them aware of the possible risks and most of all the outstanding rewards of homeownership.
