Join Scott and myself as we discuss and shed light on experiencing the world of dementia through the eyes of someone who is living it!

What is a Simulated Dementia Experience? It’s a unique, interactive workshop that gives participants
the opportunity to perform everyday tasks while outfitted with devices that simulate the physical and
mental difficulties caused by dementia. The result is an eye-opening way to better understand what it’s
like to have Alzheimer’s. Literally, to walk in their shoes. The experience and education can help
families, caregivers or professionals to improve empathy & care for their loved ones, clients or customers.

We invite you to call in live  1-929-477-1393 and share your dementia care perspective, and if you will be in the Sacramento area on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 join Laura Wayman, The Dementia Whisperer for an unforgettable experience.
This educational and informative event will be at CountryHouse Memory Care Residences, 8485 Barton Road in Granite Bay, California.
Two sessions will be offered: Noon & 5:00pm
Trained facilitator and dementia expert Laura
Wayman will guide 15-minute experiences, then
present a short program with time for Q&A
