After a brief break last week The Conversation is back with a special episode. In the march for LGBT equal rights, there are many discussions about how adults are tackling the issues. This week Cathy talks with some powerful players from a younger generation whose passionate efforts are making a mark in a very special way. Noah Hornik didn't like what he saw happening around him. He didn't like how people he knew were facing discrimination due to being gay. He saw the NoH8 campaign (and participated in a photo shoot with most of his family). He saw the "It Gets Better campaign".

So he decided to add his voice to the mix - by putting together a benefit concert where others could raise theirs.

Noah and his brother Julien will join Cathy on this week's show to talk about this concert and the deeply personal motivations behind it.

The Conversation is not about technology. It's about what you do with it. Jumping from this basic premise, each week The Conversation's Executive Producer & Host Cathy Brooks explores the bits and bytes that are changing the way people get and share information, interact and the way in which this is fundamentally changing social and professional interactions. Guests, ranging from up and comer entrepreneurs to seasoned influencers and everyone in between, join Cathy to talk about what they do, why they do it and how their personal story fits into the mix.
