By the time of this broadcast it will have been two weeks since the 7.0 earthquake shattered Haiti and its already precarious economic condition. The response from around the world and across the Net was swift and populous. At least as far as passing the word along about this campaign or the other. In the days immediately following the temblor, entrepreneur turned investor Chris Sacca mused that while the amount of money raised was fantastic, the fact was that if every person who retweeted or passed along some info, gave even a few dollars, the already extraordinary effort could be exponentially more so! On this week's episode, Cathy talks with some folks from Zynga about their Haiti relief effort and what they're doing to get poeple to to take that extra click. Also on the program a new venture that is designed to address precisely this problem - how to better mobilize in case of emergency/disaster.
