Shane Bratby was diagnosed at ten years old with Friedreich’s Ataxia, a degenerative and rare neurological condition, Shane was told he wouldn’t live past 25 years of age.

He left school at 16 and went into a dark depression.   Fear became his constant companion until he decided in his 20s to help others with mobility issues, like himself, become more independent.

He launched a charity service that helped the elderly order their grocery shopping online.  This launched his first company, MobilityBuy.com.  With multiple shops, the business is now being franchised.

Then he was inspired to help more people with disabilities get great quality work or start their own business, and created his second company, DisabledEntrepreneurs.co.uk.
