Long time Halifax Rainman, Eric Crookshank last played in the NBL-C during the 2011-12 season when his Halifax squad went to the finals.  The 6'6 power forward returns back to the league but now as a member of the Saint John Mill Rats as he helps the franchise secure a championship.  Crookshank joins the podcast to talk about how it feels to be back in the NBL-C, his perspective on the league after being away and his book which chronicles his personal journey and the life challenges he had to overcome growing up in Oakland California.
