While the Internet gives the potential of great good, the potential of harm also exists through changing our brains according to author of Navigating the Cyberscape Ryan Anderson, a therapist at Telos RTC-UT who joined Lon June 30, 2015 to talk about how to have a healthy relationship with electronics.  He cited recent research finding that since the Internet has become so common, the average attention span is down to 8 seconds, one second less than that of a goldfish.  Listen to the author explain the landscape of cyberscape.
