Every child needs someone who really understands and cares for them. Austin O'Such, head of the mentoring program at the consulting firm The Bodin Group in northern California joined Lon May 27, 2015 to explain how The Bodin Group is providing a mentoring service to provide this help for struggling teens. The boys he works with either try this as a last ditch effort to avoid residential placement or are transitioning back home from a residential program. Listen to Austin describe what it is he does that these boys really need.
