I came across the MT various courts statistics for 2012.  After seeing the stats, I concluded that this is the best two word description of the so called "Justice Courts":  "Collection Agents" And the higher courts are just BIGGER Collection Agents with richer attorneys. Or soon to be richer after they soak up your money with the help of their black robed brothers & sisters.
