When you just can't walk away from a relationship.

Jason Hooper is the founder of Black Pyramid Publication. He was born and raised in Rochester, NY. He is the second oldest of 8 children. Like most writers Jason had a love for writing at the young age of 8. He wrote lyrics to rap songs for years, before deciding that he wasn’t much of a performer.  He was incarcerated for one year in 1999 - 2000 for possession of a firearm and while in prison, he crafted his skill of writing short stories. He is the proud father of 2 boys.

Growing up in the inner-city, where trouble was easy to find, Jason turned to writing as an outlet. Then finally in early February of 2011 he set out to begin his debut novel, Some Things Are Better Left Untold. Jason’s two latest releases are both Street Lit. A novella named “That Girl” and a short erotica “A Hustlers Lust”. Jason has collaborated on other works with urban fiction authors, such as Jerrice Owens, Shawn Hicks, Kelvin Jackson and Kevin Allen. Currently he is hard at work on “That Girl 2”, “Some Things Are Better Left Untold 2” and a number of other up and coming projects.
