The Butcher's Guild : Bringing Good Meat to the Masses!

Me-ow! Check it out you carnivorous cadavers!  Our friends Tia Holmes & Marissa Guggiana are having a fundraiser for The Butcher's Guild! What the hell is it for?? Well, The Butcher’s Guild is a professional trade-group of artisanal butchers who butcher whole animals from local farms and cut good meat for YOU the consumer. Their goal: a network of successful, skilled, independent butchers all across the country. They have over 200 members nationwide and are growing every day. And hey... who doesn't love a good butcher these days, huh?  We love us some good ol' high quality meat and anyone who can bring the knowledge of this old school culinary art form to the masses is aces with us! Not to mention that Nikki and Tia used to work together at a restaurant that Tia is now co owner and of course the executive Chef of... But you'll hear all about that old chestnut on the show...And Marissa is the Author of a killer book titled "Primal Cuts : Cooking with America's Best Butcher's", owns her own Yoga studio and is also the co founder of The Butcher's Guild!
