In this episode, Tenzin briefly reviews the role of loving-kindness as a counter
to the afflictions of hostility and attachment. In lesson #5, Tenzin discussed the use of music as a method of training the mind. In this lesson, Tenzin introduces and plays seven musical selections related to the cultivation of the wholesome state of loving-kindness.
