Weekly podcast of the Guru Yoga of Tsongkhapa. This is a powerful method of clearning away obstructions to your progress on the path to Buddhahood. It helps you to purify your mind of negativity and accumulate merit.

The practice will begin with one of the songs of a Buddhist singer/songwriter formerly featured on the The Life of Universal Loving.

This week, Tenzin will read a passage from the Lokavipatti Sutta, which is one of Buddha Shakyamuni's teachings about "the eight worldly concerns." In the Guru Yoga of Tsongkhapa, we say that he abandoned the eight worldly concerns. Tenzin will explain what it means to abandon these concerns.

The podcast will end with another song by a Buddhist practitioner formerly featured on The Life of Universal Loving.
