Dr. David Fraser is a rare combination.  Originally an engineer by training, with a First Class Honours degree and a PhD from Glasgow University, he is also a qualified commercial mediator and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and has trained with leaders in the field of each of these disciplines.

He has put his unusual combination of skills and expertise to use by pioneering new approaches to old problems, delivering results on major projects and facilitating disparate groups working together in complex situations in both government and the private sector.
