People with a common vision are going to naturally magnetize towards eachother, it's just how things go.  Sometimes what starts out as a shiny prospect can turn into landmine of misunderstandings as the vision is hatched out and begins to take shape, which is a real bummer.  So today we are going to talk about why those misunderstandings occur and what perpsectives can clear them right up.  We are all here to express ourselves and find others to share it with, so how do we do that with others without getting caught up in our differences?
