When are the times you feel most vulnerable? Do you even know when you are feeling vulnerable? 

What is vulnerability and how does it present itself in your life? How does it affect the way you live? 

Joining us to talk about the fear, worry, uneasiness that comes with the territory are award-winning author, Mikaya Heart who says that people who never feel vulnerable are self-absorbed. 

We'll find out Brooke Miller's take on the subject. Brooke is a psychotherapist and columnist based in San Francisco. Her company, Soapbox Therapy, was founded on the idea that vulnerability is our most underused, and greatest asset to get us to our healthiest and most powerful selves.
