Attorney and mental health legal expert, Ms. Carolyn Reinach Wolf is experienced in hoarding cases. Attorney Wolf understands both the clinical and legal issues involved in cases involving accusations of hoarding and the underlying legal backdrops in which we see these cases. Today we take a closer look at the chain of events often leading to legal cases involving “hording” issues. I will ask Attorney Wolf about her experience working with the clinical issues. We will also talk about the prosecution and defense of cases where behavior described as hoarding is at central issue to a matter.
