Dianne Burch is an author, speaker, storyteller and
passionate animal advocate. For 20 years, she was active as a business owner, creative event planner and involved community service board member. In 2010, she made a life-altering decision to combine her professional skills and her passion for rescue animals. With the help of partner and co-author, Michael Fredrick, World of PawsAbilities was created as a marketing and publishing firm with the mission to help raise the next generation of responsible pet ambassadors through education, entertainment and community involvement.

The Polka Dot Pyrenees is the first book in a planned series of children's picture books that pair a traditional style children's story followed by related educational materials about shelter animals, pet responsibilities and fun pet facts.
