Nutrition...one of the most commonly talked about topics. In addition, it's a topic that continues to get cloudy. There is one new diet and food fad after the next. Fod fads and diets, well, let's just set the record straight...they are all garbage. No, seriously, garbage. Diets/food fads do not work; they never have and they never will. Someone might say they do work because they lost x-amount of weight on a diet. Of course you lost weight quickly, its a diet! Thats what diest do. And then the guarantee is this...you will regain some, all or more of the weight you lost. Losing weight does not mean that it worked and does not mean success. Weight loss is easy, just stop eating. In no way am I promoting this, rather, I'm using this as a powerful example to show that weight loss is easy, just stop eating. And thats exactly why weight loss is not the goal. Anyone can lose weight on a diet but this is not success, why? Because weight loss from diets is temporary, this is not meaningful and sustainable weight loss for a lifetime, not even close. Let's redefine success when it comes to body composition. Weight loss is not success. Body transformation is success that leands to meaningful and sustainable results for a lifetime. Fast weight loss followed by an even faster weight gain is not successful. Let's push diets aside and let's start to fuel the body right!
