Randall Brett is an attorney and an advisor. providing legal services in business formation, commercial agreements, and litigation. Mr. Brett counsels clients regarding fair employment practices, employment and severance agreements, and provides representation in contract negotiations, arbitrations and litigation. He also represents individuals who have suffered unjust termination or discriminatory treatment in violation of Federal and State statutes. Randall Brett is admitted to practice law in the states of New Jersey and New York, as well as the Federal District Court. Prior to law school, Mr. Brett was an executive with two multinational companies. He has taught graduate courses in human resources and general management and is a well-known speaker and business author. He is an active member of state and national bar associations and is a volunteer attorney with organizations providing free legal services to nonprofit community-based groups serving the disadvantaged, civic and arts organizations, and conservation groups.
