Tara Kachaturoff interviews attorney David P. Leibowitz

David P. Leibowitz is the founder of Lakelaw, representing people and businesses in bankruptcy and foreclosure defense in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. He is nationally recognized as an authority in these fields. Mr. Leibowitz is co-chair of the Consumer Bankruptcy Committee of the American Bankruptcy Institute and board certified in both consumer bankruptcy and business bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification. He also serves as a chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee in Chicago. He is director of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees and serves as the editor of its publication NABTalk. Mr. Leibowitz is also the author of "Filing Chapter 13 - What You Need to Know."
