Tara Kachaturoff interviews attorney Ken Koenen

Ken became licensed to practice law in June of 2001. He maintained his ties to the real estate community, and has provided numerous educational seminars throughout the Bay Area and California. He has a Masters Degree in Tax Law, and has consulted with hundreds of clients facing the prospects of foreclosure and short sales. He brings the common sense reality of having been in the “real estate trenches” with the reality of the law. His new book, “The American Dream Becomes a Global Nightmare” explores some of the causes of today’s economic crisis, not only at the top, but at the bottom of the pyramid, as well as the effect it has had on many of the clients that he has worked with.
