Today I'm teaching you everything that you need to know when you are beginning a restrictive diet.
Last month a client asked me if being on a strict diet (as she is) is healthy - mentally, emotionally and physically. She said that although she feels better, it doesn't seem natural to be so restrictive.
Like many people, she came to be on a "strict" diet through research into nutrition and how to clear up minor (or major) physical symptoms through diet change. She found success with reducing her symptoms. Yet she wasn't sure if it was "right" to eat this way.
I know that other people are on even stricter diets than her, like paleo, GAPS, specific carbohydrate, and/or raw vegan, among others. If you're considering oen of these diets, or another specific diet, listen to this before you take the leap! I promise - you'll like what you hear.
