I've been navigating chronic illness for about 15 years now and feel like I've got my system just how I want it to be. It takes some consistent effort, but with my tips you can have a health care system in place that really works for you.
This health care team/system can include your primary care doctor, specialists, family and friends, a health insurance policy, a nutritionist, a health coach, a massage therapist, a trainer, a life coach or therapist, good food, a healthy home environment, supplements, emergency plan, etc.
