Chronic illness, especially autoimmune disease, can make it really difficult to exercise. My two biggest symptoms, fatigue and pain kept me from exercising for the years at a time. There are a lot of different ways to overcome these symptoms and get in some daily movement to keep your body in shape. I will share my solutions so that you too can exercise despite chronic dis-ease. Let's get moving together!
