The goal of Marriage Management is to strengthen military marriages and enable couples to better cope with the unique marital stresses caused by combat, wounds or multiple deployments. Our programs provide a safe and confidential place for husband and wife to find support and positive encouragement. These skills can be used immediately to overcome destructive behaviors and reduce stress.

Bob and Barbara Zielinski are Military Marriage Management Founders, Executive Directors, Facilitators
Bob and Barbara Zielinski have been Marriage Educators since 1974. They are national trainers and serve on the Board of Trustees for National Marriage Encounter. They are former chair couple for National Marriage Encounter of North Texas and for the Healthy Marriage, Healthy Families Coalition of Tarrant County Texas. Barbara has a BA and MA in Interdisciplinary Studies and over twenty years experience teaching in the Arlington, Texas School District. Bob has a BA and is an Honorable US Army Veteran who served in the Signal Corp in 1970.
